Meet the Founders of Potter Jane

Join us in the Rick Room* for a first-look tasting with Denny Potter and Jane Bowie — the team behind Potter Jane, a new distillery being built by two familiar names from Maker's Mark.

Their signature bourbon is quietly aging in the rickhouse right now, targeted for release in 2029. In the meantime, they've built something to bridge the wait: "Big Vat Liar!" — a blended bourbon they've sourced and put together themselves. That's what we'll be pouring.

Chef Jereme will be sending out appetizers and sweet bites throughout the evening while Denny and Jane walk us through what they've made, what they're building, and what's coming next.

It's a rare chance to spend an evening with two people who've spent their careers making bourbon you already know — as they open a new chapter of their own.
