Welcome to Bourbons Bistro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at bourbonsbistro.com and the services we offer through it. Bourbons Bistro is operated by Single Barrel Enterprises, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company located at 2255 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40206 ("Bourbons Bistro," "we," "us," or "our").Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, making a reservation, signing up for our email or SMS communications, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Because Bourbons Bistro is a restaurant and bar that serves alcoholic beverages, some content on our website is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 and over in the United States). You agree that any information you provide to us is accurate and current.

2. Reservations

Reservations made through OpenTable or by phone are subject to OpenTable's terms and our cancellation policies. We may, at our discretion, hold reservations for a limited time after the scheduled start, charge for no-shows on certain ticketed or large-party events, or release tables that are not claimed by the holder. Specific policies for ticketed dinners and private events are communicated at the time of booking.

3. Gift cards

Gift cards purchased through our website or in the restaurant are issued through Square and are subject to Square's terms in addition to ours. Gift cards do not expire. They are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced. Gift cards are valid for use at Bourbons Bistro only and are not transferable to other businesses.

4. Email subscriptions

By subscribing to our email newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from Bourbons Bistro about events, menus, dinners, and specials. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Our handling of your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. SMS messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from Bourbons Bistro, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages at the phone number you provided, at a frequency of approximately 2 to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can reply HELP for help. 6. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. 8. User-submitted content

If you post a review, comment, photograph, or other content on our website or social media channels, you grant Bourbons Bistro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may, but are not obligated to, remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

Our website integrates with third-party services including OpenTable (reservations), Square (gift cards and payments), Brevo (email and SMS), Squarespace (hosting), and various social media platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, which you should review.
