Jason Brauner is the owner of Bourbon's Bistro and the Master Blender of Buzzard's Roost Sippin' Whiskeys. Jason founded Bourbon's Bistro 15 years ago and his love of bourbon has lead him down some interesting roads, but it ultimately had to end up here, developing his own line of premium whiskeys.
