Bourbons Bistro Prohibition Parade

Frankfort Avenue Businesses marked the anniversary of Repeal Day with a parade of sorts. All the fun started at the Wine Rack and then spilled out on the sidewalk, as a bourbon barrel was rolled down the street to Bourbons Bistro.
