CreekStone Farms Premium Black Angus Beef Ribeye; Pan seared with fresh rosemary, thyme, and garlic; Topped with sautéed Crimini mushrooms, crispy sage butter, and caramelized broccoli.

STARTERS
Tuna Poke Tacos $13
3 crispy wonton shells with Asian slaw, marinated Ahi tuna, and black sesame seeds.
Spicy Fried Oysters $9
Breaded and fried oysters served over Wiesenberger grits with pickled Fresno peppers.
Garlic and Goat Cheese Spread $9
Goat cheese and cream cheese spread with roasted garlic, sweet peppers, and baby spinach. Warm French bread.
SALADS
Baby Kale $8
Granny smith apple, roasted Pepitas, dried Cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and apple cider vinaigrette.
Wedge $8
Baby Iceberg, blue cheese dressing, crumbled bacon, crispy shallots, and cherry tomatoes.
ENTREES

Grilled Caribbean lobster tail (5oz) with drawn butter.
Red Fish $30
Mild and sweet Red Drum; sautéed in clarified butter; served over Fettucine pasta tossed in a creamy sundried tomato pesto topped with toasted walnuts, fresh basil, and black lava salt.
Filet $39
Center cut beef Filet grilled and topped with crispy sage butter, fingerling potatoes tossed in woody herbs and Parmesan cheese, jumbo asparagus and red wine reduction.
12oz Frenched Bone-In Pork Chop $27
Brined and wrapped in Prosciutto. Pan seared and covered with Kenny’s White Cheddar. Yukon mashed potatoes, Garlic Haricot Verts, and a Bourbon Veal Demi-Glace.
Cacio e Pepe $25
Fresh Campanelle pasta tossed with lots of black pepper and parmesan cheese, baby spinach and cherry tomatoes and finished with white truffle oil.
