Celebrate a new season with PNC Broadway in Louisville and their 25-year partnership with PNC Bank with a four-course dinner featuring food and cocktails with Four Roses Bourbon. The dinner is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity and will feature 2 cocktail pairings and a tasting flight of Four Roses Single Barrel, Four Roses Small Batch, and Four Roses Yellow Label. Plus giveaways from Four Roses and PNC Broadway in Louisville.

Heirloom Tomato Toast
Sliced heirloom tomatoes. Served on brioche toast points with herbed ricotta cheese. Topped with balsamic reduction, black lava salt, basil, and microgreens
Caesar salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in handmade Caesar dressing. Topped with Parmesan cheese, Crispy prosciutto, and garlic croutons

Sorghum and Bourbon glazed Scottish Salmon
Pan seared salmon, glazed with sorghum and Four Roses Bourbon. Served over angel hair pasta with a white wine cream sauce.
Beef Fillet
Pan seared 8 oz. beef filet, dusted in Bourbon Barrel smoked black peppercorns. Four Roses Bourbon demi glace. Served with haricot verts and fingerling potatoes.
Bourbon Bread Pudding
Homemade bread pudding. Served over Four Roses Bourbon caramel. With Four Roses soaked bourbon dark cherries.
